Creative Flow Workshop

Join Jeff Mandell and Maren Hill for a skill intensive workshop that will step up your acro to a new level. From tick-tocks to mono limb, learn progressions to put it all together into your own unique, creative flow. Variations will be offered so both new and experienced acroyogis will find an appropriate challenge.

Class: No partner necessary!

Family AcroYoga Workshop

Calling all kids! Join us for a Family AcroYoga Workshop, great for children ages 3 and up, families and friends of all ages. Kids and caregivers learn the fundamentals of AcroYoga and partner stretching with AcroYoga Teachers Clary Franko and Maren Hill.

Bond, play and learn some new tricks with family and friends at Family AcroYoga. During this 90 minute workshop, kids and caretakers will learn the basic skills of Acro Yoga in a safe and fun environment while cultivating trust, playfulness, and community using games and partner counter balances.

No experience necessary! Saturday, November 14th, 1:30 to 3:00 at Sangha Studio (120 Pine St.) $20 suggested donation per child + caregiver pair ($15 suggested for members). Sign up here.

Join Clary Franko and Maren Hill for an AcroYoga Fundamentals class at Sangha Studio (120 Pine St.) on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30. Sign up here.

AcroYoga blends the mindfulness and breath of yoga with the playfulness of acrobatics and partner work. Working with partners, the practice builds trust, communication, connection, flexibility and strength.  The series offers progressions that help you refine partner balances, fly higher, base stronger, and feel confident spotting.
