So, this happened this weekend! @malvin_mf_jones and I were working on h2h weight shifts and HE TOOK HIS HAND AWAY. It took me a full second to realize what he did before freaking out or falling. And we did it 3 times (yes all equally brief). Yes I know so many things need work, yes I know I need to do more solo/partner training, yes I know this was a millisecond, but it was my millisecond. I've been solo training a lot, starting to feel stronger. Things that felt never possible now feel someday possible. And the bonus is, it makes me want to train more and suckless. #stronglikemandm #delayedonsetacrobatics #suckless #recreationalacrobat

Hear @notjustaprettybase laugh maniacally as we got four FOUR full castaways in a row! Our previous record is one, but more often than not, 0. These aren't perfect and both of us saw things we want to change, but man, it's progress. #delayedonsetacrobatics Also, these have been scary for me to train. After feeling good training these, i sprained my ankle last June working on full castaways and I've been jittery ever since.

I based my first jump to hand to hand and first castaway! The h2h was not pretty. Charlotte is amazing, I'm all over the place, have the worst base face and am turning the wrists all sorts of out. But it happened! Tracy flew her first ever castaway about three minutes before she flew it on me. She's amazing and i love her cheer. Needs a lot of work but kind of possible! I shared the h2h video with my non-acro life partner and his response was "wow, @notjustaprettybase is a really good spotter." Thanks, babe! But he's also right, Noah let us have some space to try while still being safe. And Charlotte trusted me to a ridiculous extent. Thank you thank you.

I call this A Movement in Three Perspectives. This work is also known as: Back tuck! Back tuck! Back tuck! But most popularly known as Instagram video fail. We did a bunch of these, most of them sucked. This one was good. These are fun. @notjustaprettybase was amazing as usually. Thank you @bcgutsoverfear for pulling lines and shaming me into a back tuck.
